  1. I would like to say I’m sorry that we caused you some frustration yesterday. I had just been to see my doctor to talk about my tinnitus, which is an unrelenting sound in the head that is very distressing. I developed this recently. My husband was trying to do something nice for me, so he took me to your restaurant. I’m afraid it went downhill from your kind offering of the mushroom soup that my husband wanted to try, but didn’t want the roast beef sandwich and you graciously gave it to him anyway. He didn’t understand that the soup came with a roast beef sandwich. Your music level was quite fine until Paul McCartney’s Let It Be came on at about ten times the volume of all of the previous track. You kindly turned it down and I appreciated it. I’m not usually a difficult person. I’m the last person who would send anything back in a restaurant or voice complaints. I love restaurant dining. I could have used a glass or two of wine, but I can’t drink anymore because it sets up a terrible roaring in my head. Anyway, I finally became so inordinately distressed that my husband said we’d take the food out. This apparently didn’t do over well with you. Your attitude completely changed from the gracious host (and server that day) to being the pissy host and giving us the silent treatment so that it was obvious that you were not pleased. It was an unusual situation and I’m sure you were glad to see the end of us. I regret that we didn’t get to have a more enjoyable experience in your restaurant. But you still got your money.

    1. I am very very sorry if you felt that way but that was not our intention at any point. If we came across that way we sincerely apologize. We are sad to hear about experience and would like the opportunity to make the next experience at our restaurant more enjoyable.
